Programming Procedure:

You will need an automotive locksmith to cut the blade to fit your locks and Lexus RX350 (2007-2009) requires an automotive locksmith to program your vehicle to work with the new remote head key. You can find a local licensed automotive locksmith using this website: autolocksmithfinder.com

Programming procedure for Lexus RX330 (2004-2006), Lexus RX400h (2005-2008), and Lexus RX450h (2009-2010):

  • For Lexus RX330 (2004) there were two different module models being installed at the time of the production. Today, there is no way to find out which one is installed in which vehicle. Depending on which version of the module was installed, one of these procedures will program your vehicle to accept the new remote head key.

1. Start with the following conditions:
a. Key is out of the ignition
b. Driver door is open (all other doors are closed)
c. Driver door is unlocked (other doors don’t matter).
2. Perform the next two steps within 5 seconds:
a. Insert the key into the ignition (don’t turn it) and pull it out.
b. Insert the key into the ignition (don’t turn it) and pull it out.
3. Perform these steps within 40 seconds:
a. Close then open the driver’s door.
b. Close then open the driver’s door.
c. Insert the key into the ignition (don’t turn it) and pull it out.
4. Perform these steps within 40 seconds:
a. Close then open the driver’s door.
b. Close then open the driver’s door.
c. Close the driver’s door.
d. Insert the key into the ignition.
e. Turn the ignition to ON (as far as you can go without cranking your engine) then back to OFF.
f. Remove the key from the ignition.
5. Within 3 seconds, the power door locks should cycle (lock then unlock) automatically indicating
successful entry into programming mode. Return to Step 1 if the locks do not cycle at this point.
6. Perform these steps within 40 seconds:
a. Press the lock and unlock buttons on the transmitter simultaneously for 1 second and release.
b. Immediately after releasing the lock and unlock buttons, press the unlock button by itself and hold for 2 seconds. Within 3 seconds, the door locks should cycle (lock then unlock) once indicating successful programming. If the door locks cycle twice, repeat steps 6a and 6b for this remote as it has not been accepted.
c. Within 40 seconds, repeat steps 6a and 6b for each additional transmitter.
7. Open driver’s door.

Programming Procedure 2 for Lexus RX330 (2004):
1. Start with the following conditions:
a. Key is out of the ignition
b. Driver door is open (all other doors are closed)
c. Driver door is unlocked (other door locks don’t matter).
2. Insert the key into the ignition (don’t turn it) and pull it out.
3. Perform these steps within 40 seconds:
a. Using the power lock/unlock switch on the driver’s door, perform 5 lock/unlock cycles
starting with lock. A lock/unlock cycle consists of pressing the power lock switch, followed
by pressing the power unlock switch on the driver’s door panel. Use an even pace and try
to go relatively fast.
b. Close, then open the drivers door.
4. Perform these steps within 40 seconds:
a. Using the power lock/unlock switch on the driver’s door, perform 5 lock/unlock cycles
starting with lock (just as you did previously).
b. Insert Key in ignition.
c. Turn the ignition to ON (as far as you can go without cranking your engine), then back to
OFF two times.
d. Remove the key from the ignition.
5. Within 3 seconds, the power door locks should cycle (lock then unlock) automatically indicating
successful entry into programming mode. Return to Step 1 if the locks do not cycle at this point.
6. Perform these steps within 40 seconds:
a. Press the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the first transmitter simultaneously for 1 second
and release.
b. Immediately after letting go of the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons, press the LOCK button by
itself and release. Within 3 seconds, the door locks should cycle (lock then unlock) once
indicating successful programming. If the door locks don’t cycle, or cycle twice, repeat
steps 6a and 6b as the remote has not been accepted.
c. Repeat steps 6a and 6b for each transmitter that will operate the vehicle, including any old
transmitters.
7. Close driver door.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. The following rules apply:

Products must be in the same condition we sent it in. If the condition isn't in the same condition that we sent to you, then the refund amount will be less due to our cost to restore or refurbish the item. If it's not possible to restore or refurbish then the refund would be the value we could sell it for in the condition it is now in minus 20%. If you place a "Special Order" with us then there would be a 40% restocking fee.

Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

All returns must be made by signing in, going to MY ACCOUNT, clicking order history, finding the order, click Return this item.There are few non-returnable products & services that may be offered on our website. It will indicate clearly in the product description if a different return policy applies.

Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return a product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that is located in the MY ACCOUNT section next to each order item that you want to return. Once you've selected the items to return and the reason, you will be given return instructions.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

There are 2 ways you can go about exchanging a product:

Option 1 (Slower) - Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need exchanged. In your request please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange to. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new part. If there is a difference in the price, you will be either refunded or charged the difference.

Option 2 (Faster) - Order the new part over the phone and request to include a prepaid label to send back the first purchase for refund.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) will arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.

RISK OF LOSS

A tracking number is provided with every order you place. Once the carrier’s status shows the package has been delivered we are not responsible for replacement orders!

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

When you request a cancellation of an order or a part it may take up to 24 business hours to process your cancellation claim. This process may involve voiding orders in computer systems, removing items from backorder logs, having operations personnel pull items from production schedules and sometimes stopping orders at the shipping dock. Also note that sometimes products ship more quickly than expected, so we recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving final confirmation of your cancellation.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order. The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
