Refurbished remote keys are factory original equipment components reconditioned with a brand new key, casing is either pre-owned or recased condition and may or may not include logo. They are fully tested and will function like their original equipment counterparts.

This remote features 5 buttons: Lock, Unlock, Trunk, Panic, Remote Start. This remote sends it's signals on a frequency of 315Mhz. This remote will work for your vehicle if your vehicle is equipped with factory smart keyless entry.

Programming Procedure for Buick LaCrosse (2010-2016), Buick Regal (2012-2017), Buick Verano (2012-2017):
Programming with a Working Fob:
To program, the vehicle must be off & all of the fobs, both currently working & new, must be with you.
1. Put the working fob(s) in the cup holder.
2. Insert key on the new fob’s keychain into the driver door lock & turn key to unlock position five times within 10 seconds. Driver information center (DLC) displays “ready for remote #2, 3, 4 or 5.”
3. Place the new fob into the fob pocket. Its located inside the center console storage area under the cup holder. The cup holder needs to be pulled out to access fob pocket.
4. Press the ignition. when fob is learned, the DLC display shows it is ready to program next fob.
5. Remove the newly programmed fob from fob pocket & press the unlock button. To program additional fobs, repeat steps 3 through 5.
6. Press & hold ignition for 5 seconds to exit programming mode.
Programming without a working Fob:
This procedure will take 30 minutes. Vehicle must be off.
1. Insert key on the new fob’s keychain into the driver door lock & turn the key to the unlock position five times within ten seconds. The driver information center (DLC) displays “remote learn Pending, Please wait.”
2. Wait for ten minutes until the DLC displays “Press engine start Button To learn” & then press the ignition. The DLC display will again show “remote learn Pending, Please wait.”
3. Repeat step 2 two additional times. After the third time, all previously known fobs will no longer work with the vehicle. Remaining fobs can be relearned during the next steps. The DLC then show “ready for remote #1.”
4. Place new fob into the fob pocket. Its located inside the center console storage area under the cup holder.   The cup holder needs to be pulled out to access fob pocket.
5. Press the ignition. when fob is learned, the DLC display shows it is ready to program next fob.
6. Remove the newly programmed fob from fob pocket & press the unlock button. To program additional fobs, repeat steps 3 through 5.
7. Press & hold ignition for 5 seconds to exit programming mode.

Programming Procedure for Buick Cascada (2016-2020):
Programming with a working fob:

1. Switch ignition to ON with master key.
2. Switch ignition to OFF and remove key.
3. Within 10 seconds insert new key.
4. Switch ignition to ON. New key should now be programmed.
Programming without a working fob:
1. Make sure the vehicle’s battery is fully charged. Put key in ignition and crank engine for a fraction of a second and leave the key in the ON position for exactly 10 minutes.
2. Turn OFF and remove key.
3. Put key in ignition and crank engine for a fraction of a second and leave the key in the ON position for exactly 10 minutes.
4. Turn OFF and remove key.
5. Put key in ignition and crank engine for a fraction of a second and leave the key in the ON position for exactly 10 minutes.
6. Turn OFF and remove key. New key should now be programmed.
Troubleshooting:
- If the first procedure is not working then when it says to turn ignition to ON, instead go further and crank the engine for a moment but not long enough that the engine starts.
- If the above procedures seem to work but then the key only works for a minute then clean the key blade with alcohol and a brush (like brillo or steel wool.)
- If you are doing the first procedure make sure you put the old key first. If you put the new key first you can either cancel the procedure or on some models cancel the first key.
- The car battery has to be in charged well before you begin. If the car battery is weak it can cancel the procedure or on some models cancel a working key.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. The following rules apply:

Products must be in the same condition we sent it in. If the condition isn't in the same condition that we sent to you, then the refund amount will be less due to our cost to restore or refurbish the item. If it's not possible to restore or refurbish then the refund would be the value we could sell it for in the condition it is now in minus 20%. If you place a "Special Order" with us then there would be a 40% restocking fee.

Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

All returns must be made by signing in, going to MY ACCOUNT, clicking order history, finding the order, click Return this item.There are few non-returnable products & services that may be offered on our website. It will indicate clearly in the product description if a different return policy applies.

Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return a product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that is located in the MY ACCOUNT section next to each order item that you want to return. Once you've selected the items to return and the reason, you will be given return instructions.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

There are 2 ways you can go about exchanging a product:

Option 1 (Slower) - Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need exchanged. In your request please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange to. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new part. If there is a difference in the price, you will be either refunded or charged the difference.

Option 2 (Faster) - Order the new part over the phone and request to include a prepaid label to send back the first purchase for refund.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) will arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.

RISK OF LOSS

A tracking number is provided with every order you place. Once the carrier’s status shows the package has been delivered we are not responsible for replacement orders!

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

When you request a cancellation of an order or a part it may take up to 24 business hours to process your cancellation claim. This process may involve voiding orders in computer systems, removing items from backorder logs, having operations personnel pull items from production schedules and sometimes stopping orders at the shipping dock. Also note that sometimes products ship more quickly than expected, so we recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving final confirmation of your cancellation.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order. The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
