How do I shop at your store? It is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3 to shop at ChipKeys.
All you have to do is: 1. Use the Navigation Bar on the left to locate the type of Keyless Remotes or Keys you are interested in purchasing, or type in the FCC number or Part number from the back of the remote in the "search" box in the Navigation Bar on the left.
2. Locate the product you would like to purchase and click on the "add to my cart" button to the right of it. The product will be put into your "cart" just like you were shopping at a store. You are free to add or delete products from your "cart" at any time.
3. One shopping is complete, you confirm your order and payment information. This process happens, for your protection, at a secure Internet server site. At any time, you can go back and change or update your order. That's all it takes.
Checking Your Cart You can check the products in your "cart" at any time by clicking on the "Check Out" button on the bottom of any products page or anywhere you see the "Check Out" icon. To remove an item from the shopping cart, set the Quantity to Zero, then click 'Update'. If you want multiples of a particular product, just change the number in the quantity box. Then press the "Update" button to recalculate your total.
How do I place an order? When you are ready to complete your order, just press the "Check Out" button on the "Shopping Cart" page. You will automatically be stepped through our simple final ordering process. Just follow the instructions on each page; pressing "Complete your order" when you are ready to go to the next section. You will be asked for billing and payment information. You can mail or fax your order. Our site uses state-of-the-art security methods, so it is safe to use your credit card.
How do I pay for my order? You can pay for your orders by credit card, ChipKeys accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express andr Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card. Your credit card will be charged when your order has been processed. Be sure to provide us with your correct billing address and telephone number so that there are no delays in processing your order. "JB Sites" will appear on on credit card statement.
Is it safe to use my credit card? We have taken every precaution to make sure your transactions are secure. Our Internet site is built using the latest security technology. These systems utilize industry standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer.) Rest assured that all information submitted is safe from unauthorized access.
Do I have to pay sales tax? Since we are located in the State of North Dakota, we are obligated to collect 7% sales tax for all orders delivered within this state. You do not pay any sales tax for orders delivered outside the State of North Dakota.
How will my order be shipped? We use Priority Mail for our shipments. The total cost of your order, including shipping and tax, if applicable, will be displayed. Same day shipment is available for most orders placed before 11:00 AM Mon-Fri, provided the product is in stock in our warehouse.
We may require additional information to ship your order to an address different than the billing address.
Will I receive confirmation of my order? After you place your order, you will receive an Email confirmation notice. If you do not receive this confirmation within 2 hours of placing your order, please contact us by Email at support@chipkeys.com.
Can I cancel my order? Once we process your order, we cannot cancel it unless it has not been picked up by the shipping company.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee? ChipKeys gives you a 30-day, from invoice date, money-back guarantee on all defective products
What about product support? ChipKeys offers you free product support. We will answer your questions and provide the assistance you need. Just e-mail us at support@chipkeys.com.
Pricing; ChipKeys offers competitive prices on ALL products we sell. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to errors, market conditions, product discontinuation, or advertising errors. We are not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without prior notice.
Shipping; We strive to bring you reasonable shipping costs. Our preferred method is Priority Mail. Same day shipment is available for all orders placed before 5 p.m. EST Mon-Fri., provided the product is in stock when your order is received at the warehouse. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Returns/Replacements; ChipKeys offers a 30-day money-back guarantee against defects on all products. If a product you receive is defective for any reason, return it to us within 30 days from the date of your invoice, and we will gladly refund or replace it. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective products returned for credit or exchange. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for non-defective parts being returned after 30 days. We do not refund shipping charges.
